Going back in history over 600 years ago the Ottoman Empire was born. This gigantic and colorful empire was responsible for the raw material obtained from the "Silk Road" times and along with fine jewelry.

Ottoman-Jewels creates custom design jewelry from this time period and make it possible to be worn in these modern times. On a yearly basis, Birsen Bloom (the artist) and her husband return to the Mediterranean region of the world to build up new raw material inventory. In many cases, the metal casts of the jewelry is created from a sand mold.

Many of the Ottoman style molds are the property of the Mr. and Mrs. Bloom; and this is why we can say "it's one of a kind". All final design and production is completed here in United States.

Ottoman style jewelry is displayed and sold at some of the top Arts and Crafts shows in United States. Each item is a guaranteed unique combination of the Mediterranean touch and antique looking style.
